FC Andorra is launching the FCA Academy project this season, a performance and technical training program aimed at young foreign players. This initiative is developed through Gimnàstic Manresa's young ranks, the affiliated club of the tricolor entity located in the center of Catalonia.
The project has an annual program that combines studies and sports training with other more specific projects with weekly or monthly stages. All the footballers participating in the program are integrated into the training sessions of the Nàstic Manresa's teams in order to get to know the club's methodology first hand.
